Matt and team from Harrington were such a delight!! Backstory we came in a like a hurricane when they opened as we had just bought a new house up in Atascadero and needed some pieces to fill what we needed for the house to be listed on VRBO house.
Mary helped us identify what we could buy off the floor immediately and literally they were able to deliver right before closing. Nate from the delivery team and his coworker delivered withi. Minutes after purchase. Seriously could not have asked for a better experience from a furniture store in getting the amazing furniture we bought of the dining room table and chairs to leather ottoman to a very cool wine storage spinning French casket bar. So much fun and will be stopping buy in the future to lookout for additional pieces we can slowly order this time around. Great job Bartington team!!! Repeat customer always when in the market for furniture.

We recently purchased a new home which needed custom sofa. I had never ordered a custom piece before and was a little nervous about doing it. Mary spent the most time with me, but I think before all was said and done, every person there had helped in some way. Everyone was friendly , patient and helpful. It took a few weeks for the sofa to arrive and when it finally did, it was exactly what I wanted. Braydon and Nathan who delivered and “put together” the sofa were great. All in all a great experience!

In the market for a new couch. Dreaded the prospect of going to furniture stores and getting the car dealership sales approach. We experienced that at two local stores before stopping by Harrington. Never been before but we’re unlikely to shop anywhere else now. We were welcomed and asked to wander, ask for assistance or answers when if/they were needed. No salesperson attack, assisted by endless catalogs.
When we had questions, they were answered with facts, not promises.
We arranged our purchase, having ordered a factory-fresh copy of a floor model couch. Delivery was on time, well coordinated and handled by a couple of guys who were polite, professional and great to deal with. Floyd, who we dealt with primarily at Harrington, was an absolute breath of fresh air. Knowledgeable, personable but professional, proud of his business.
My faith in humanity, and sales people in particular, has been restored. At least at Harrington.

I had such a great experience with Harrington Home Furniture from start to finish. From the moment I walked in the door and “Mary” greeted me I knew that this was the store for me! Even when it took me a few visits to make up my mind. She never seemed irritated. It was exactly what I wanted and needed. They also had great prices and unique pieces. I am so in love with my couch. I was always a home body but now I never want to leave it. It is unbelievably soft and comfortable and I am so happy every day when I come out to my living room and see it. Harrington furniture and the staff have always been top notch to us. We have purchased several pieces of furniture from them. The furniture is high quality and fairly priced. The staff are really knowledgeable and go above and beyond. After our last pieces were delivered we had to have them back to look at a piece. They came back immediately and took care of the piece promptly.
