All sales are final, no refunds. Custom and Special orders are not subject to cancellation.
Availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand at the time order is written. Seller shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufacturer’s scheduling, stock on hand, availability of materials, transportation difficulty, or any other cause beyond the control of the seller.

Terms of Sale: All sales are Final. There are NO REFUNDS on payments for orders or layaways. Custom-made special orders must be paid in full at time of purchase and cannot be canceled. Seller-approved cancellation of standard special orders and layaways will incur a 50% fee from the original order total. Seller-approved modifications of orders and layaways will incur a 25% fee from the original order total. If the Buyer does not use our Professional Delivery Service, the Buyer assumes all risks associated with picking up and transporting of merchandise.
All items described as “Clearance, Close Out, or As-Is” may be imperfect. Please inspect thoroughly before purchasing, as they are Non-Returnable. They may not have a factory warranty. Please purchase a Protection Plan if you desire a warranty.
90 Day Mattress Comfort Guarantee option: We want to make sure you are completely happy with your Mattress purchase. To qualify for this guarantee, you must purchase a mattress protector from us with your Mattress on the same invoice. If after 30 days but no later than 90 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Mattress for a One time exchange. There will be a 20% return fee of your original mattress purchase price. Comfort guarantee only applies to Mattresses. Boxsprings, Foundations, Adjustable bases, and mattress protectors are “Non-Returnable”
Delivery & Pickup: Buyer agrees to measure doorways and stairways before ordering, as seller is not responsible for merchandise purchased that is too large to fit. Seller can designate a day for delivery, but not a specific time. Seller cannot move, haul, or rearrange old furniture. Seller makes no warranty beyond any written description itemized on this order. Such disclaimer does not affect manufacturer warranty, if any. Seller will assist the buyer in the exercise of all factory warranties. Buyer layaways are not subject to cancellation. Buyer agrees to complete payment on schedule, or proceeds of prior payment(s) towards layaway may be forfeited.
